Риэлтор Наталья в интервью телеканалу ТСН рассказала, что известная пара попросту решила приобрести еще большее помещение, чтобы в перспективе оборудовать его под дискотеку. Между тем, сегодня в ресторане звезды шоу-бизнеса, находящемся в центральной части столицы Украины, проводятся ремонтные работы.
Один молодой человек, временно занятый на кухне Angel, подтвердил информацию о продаже заведения. Как выяснилось, его фирма на время арендовала помещение, пока оно не перейдет новому владельцу. Останется ли Angel рестораном, решать будет его покупатель.
Как уточняет источник, еще летом 2011г. у Ани Лорак начались некоторые проблемы с рестораном. Так, в августе заведение затопило водой (тогда муж звезды водил экскурсии по затопленному по колено помещению, в рамках которых рассказывал об убытках и не забывал жаловаться на местный ЖЭК), но сегодня, как убеждают риэлторы, с Angel все в порядке: в совершенном состоянии он смирно дожидается нового владельца.

Квартиры в Харькове значительно подешевеют?!
В сентябре 2012 года в Харькове цены на жилье не возросли, наоборот, покупатели ожидают снижения цен.

Об этом сообщила руководитель одного из харьковских агентств недвижимости Светлана Якимова.
По ее словам, в сентябре было зафиксировано нетрадиционное для осени снижение спроса на вторичное жилье.
В первую очередь эти изменения коснулись одно- и двухкомнатных квартир ввиду их высокой стоимости.
«Если в 2011 году наблюдалась тенденция к уменьшению числа квартир, из которых выбирал покупатель, то в 2012 году, напротив, с каждым месяцем выбор квартир становится больше. Это позволяет покупателю более взвешено подходить к выбору недвижимости и не спешить с покупкой. Сейчас на одного покупателя приходится в среднем 3.5 предложения квартир», – отметила С.Якимова.
При этом, отмечает эксперт, в 2012 году повысился спрос на частные дома.

Вторичное жилье в Киеве продолжает дорожать
Средняя стоимость вторичного жилья в Киеве с 23 по 30 июня повысилась на 0,5% и составляет 2771 за квадратный метр, сообщили в компании "Канзас" (Киев) со ссылкой на выводы ее аналитиков.
"Последняя неделя июня показала, что цены на недвижимость в Киеве продолжают рост на фоне сдержанного спроса и растущего предложения.
Ежемесячный прирост цен на недвижимость составляет в среднем 1-2% в месяц, что является следствием высокой инфляции в стране и падением курса доллара", - отмечают аналитики компании.
По мнению аналитиков, искусственное обесценивание доллара и укрепление национальной валюты привело к оттоку покупателей с рынка квартир. В то же время, продавцы недвижимости продолжают повышать цены, пытаясь таким образом компенсировать потери на колебаниях курса доллара.
По данным "Канзаса", индекс ценового ожидания за этот период повысился и составил 0,5%, что, по мнению экспертов, дает основания предполагать дальнейшее планомерное повышение цен на жилую недвижимость Киева. Как сообщалось, доходность вторичного жилья в Киеве в мае текущего года составила 3,9%.
